These matters typically include motion practice and litigation with respect to application of the automatic stay, relief from stay, cash collateral and debtor in possession financing, cramdown of both secured and unsecured claims, and valuation issues. While Dean's focus is creditor oriented, he does provide legal services to debtors and bankruptcy trustees in both in court and out of court insolvency cases which do not present a conflict for existing institutional or corporate clients.
