Marlene Macauda
Born in Bridgeport, Marlene E. Macauda is of counsel with the Bohonnon Law Firm. Marlene focuses her practice on residential real estate. She advises buyers, sellers, and property owners in transactions and disputes throughout Connecticut. Her early legal background began as “in house counsel” for a state bank followed by more than forty years in private practice in Westport, New Canaan and Greenwich Connecticut. Before joining Bohonnon Law Firm, Marlene was a partner at Ivey, Barnum & O’Mara in Greenwich Connecticut.
Marlene received her B.A degree magna cum laude from Providence College with a double major in English and Spanish. She received her J.D from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
She serves on the Board of Achievement First as secretary. She is also a Hearing Officer for the Town of Westport Police department. She has served on the Boards of Greens Farms Association, Operation Hope and the Girls Scouts of North America, and as past President of the Long Lots PTA in Westport.
